Should you have any problems with your order, please call our corporate HQ Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST and we will be happy to assist you.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
- All standard orders are shipped within one business day of purchase.
- Priority Mail Orders must be received no later than 3pm EST, Monday-Friday to be mailed that day.
- We offer FedEx® shipping on all online orders, and USPS on any domestic order under 1lb.
- You may request USPS® or UPS® on call in orders: 770-271-4412.
- International shipping by FedEx® does not include customs fees.
- PLEASE NOTE: Any order received after 4pm EST will not be processed until the following business day.
- We do not ship on holidays or weekends.
