RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At SolRX Sunscreen, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our FDA-regulated suncare products and health and safety considerations, we maintain the following policy:

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. This policy exists because:

- Our products are FDA-regulated over-the-counter (OTC) drug products
- Once products leave our facility, we cannot verify their storage conditions or whether they have been opened or used
- Health and safety regulations prevent us from reselling returned personal care products

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund. To request a replacement or refund for a damaged or defective product:

1. Contact us at sales@solrx.com or call 770-271-4412 within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and photos clearly showing the damage or defect
3. Do not discard the product or packaging until we've reviewed your claim

We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement product or process a refund at our discretion.

Order Errors

If we made an error with your order (wrong product shipped, missing items, etc.), please contact us at sales@solrx.com or call 770-271-4412 within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right by sending the correct product or issuing a refund.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost in transit or fails to arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
