Thank you for choosing SolRX Sunscreen. Please review our shipping policy below.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States (excluding U.S. territories). We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.
Shipping Rates
Our standard shipping rates are calculated based on your order total:
- Orders under $100: Flat rate shipping fee applied at checkout
- Orders $100 and over: FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
Shipping rates and delivery times are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Please note: Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.
Order Tracking

Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the size of your order. We select the carrier that provides the best service for your delivery address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window:
1. Check the tracking information for the latest updates
2. Contact us at sales@solrx.com or call 770-271-4412
3. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at sales@solrx.com.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please:
1. Document the damage with photos (box and products)
2. Contact us at sales@solrx.com or call 770-271-4412 within 7 days
3. Keep all packaging materials until your claim is resolved
We will work with you to resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us at sales@solrx.com or call 770-271-4412 as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has shipped.
